By accessing or using Stackify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of Service
You may use Stackify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly per user. A valid payment method is required for all plans, including the free tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; your workspace will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Stackify after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
