We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, workspace name, and billing details. When you use the service, we also collect usage data such as the datasets you upload, search queries, and feature interactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How We Use Data
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve Stackify, process payments, and send transactional emails related to your account. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to understand product trends and improve our AI metadata features. We will never use your uploaded datasets to train models for other customers.
Data Retention
We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records). You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us.
